Is there a trial period?

We do not offer a free trial, but a demo of the platform is available upon request. Our team can also walk you through the tool based on your specific use cases, with no obligation on your part.

Can I change the modules during my subscription period?

Yes. You can add modules at any time through the platform. Billing will then be prorated based on the remaining period of your subscription.

What is included in the support package?

Each license includes access to support via smart chat and email, videos and tutorials, a comprehensive knowledge base, and regular training webinars. For dedicated expert support, additional packages are available (one-hour sessions).

How does billing work?

You can choose between monthly, quarterly, or annual billing. Payment is made online by credit card at the time of order, and an invoice is generated automatically.

How long does it take to complete your first assessment?

Using Decarbo’Inventory® on their own, companies can complete their first GHG assessment in 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of their scope. With the Carbon Footprint Assessment Package®, an expert guides you through the process and significantly reduces this timeframe.
