The Decarbo’Solution® calculator incorporates the new version of Base Carbone®

As soon as it was released in December, Decarbo’Solution® integrated the new version of Base carbone® into its GHG inventory calculation platform.

This new version, V19.0, of the Base Carbone®, updated on December 4, 2020,  includes the addition of 2,330 emission factors for agri-food products integrated from theAgribalyse® database,produced by ADEME, which provides a better understandingof the environmental impact of agricultural products.

It also includes the addition of new emission factors, such as those associated withhydrogen production and distribution.

To help you prepare your GHG inventories, Decarbo’Solution® provides direct access to more than 4,800 diverse, up-to-date emission factors validated by ADEME’s Base Carbone®. Also available to our international clients are the ECOINVENT and DEFRA databases, the complete set of global electricity emission factors, and other databases specific to certain sectors (such as construction).
