There are two choices for doing a carbon assessment: the simple choice "I hire a consultant, he does the job, I pay a big bill after six months and everything is fine". I would say that everything is going badly, after six months it is too late and after six months: having a document is not the solution to commit to a policy, a low carbon strategy.
